Our service
Counselling
A site visit and getting to know each other on site is a prerequisite for discussing project-relevant wishes and needs with you. An initial potential analysis of the existing conditions (e.g. topography, climate, previous use, ecological status...) with a special focus on the existing water cycles and the water balance forms the focus of the consultation. We will provide you with ideas and rough concepts for the new design and redesign, renaturation and revitalisation of the site in the form of a written summary.
Conceptualisation
The concretisation of innovative ideas, their design and shaping with the aim of creating living spaces forms the basis of a concept. We create concepts for agro-ecosystems that correspond to the original, site-appropriate ecosystem in terms of form, function and dynamics and are in harmony with your wishes and needs. Water as the basis of all life is the starting point of our considerations. Sensible stabilisation of the water balance through decentralised water retention is not only one of the most important prerequisites for near-natural land management, but also has many positive effects on the entire ecosystem and climate system.
Planning
The basis of all our planning is conceptualisation. During the planning stage, our ideas are professionally presented in a pictorial form of graphics and text, in varying degrees of detail and scale as required. These different representations can be the basis for e.g. official approvals, presentations, funding applications, cost estimates, tenders as well as for execution and realisation. As we are a sworn and authorised civil engineering office, our plans have official status throughout the EU. As an agro-ecological architectural office, we offer planning for landscapes as well as for buildings and infrastructure.
Realisation
The step between a theoretical concept and its realisation can seem large and difficult. We offer personalised guidance and professional support according to your wishes and possibilities. For a successful project, our services can vary greatly: for example, from organising the necessary resources to construction management. Every construction project is a massive ecological intervention. That is why it is important to us to minimise the impact and keep it as short as possible. Suitable initial and pioneer planting should restore the disturbed ecological balance as quickly as possible. Species succession increases the complexity and efficiency of the areas.
